Additional Advance Shipment Information

  • Shipments should arrive between Monday, September 14, 2026 and Monday, October 12, 2026.
  • All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a late fee.
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, October 12, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.

 Outbound Shipping Information

Option 1: Book your Shipping services with the house carrier TS Shipper
This option will allow you to pack up your exhibit materials, leave it in your booth and walk away without any waiting time.

Option 2: Book your shipping services with your own carrier
LEAVING YOUR EXHIBIT MATERIALS FOR PICK UP BY YOUR CARRIER – Every shipment requires an Expo Event Services Outbound Material Handling Agreement and Shipping Label. Driver Check in Time is 8pm, if a driver is not checked in by that time the freight will be rerouted through TS Shipper.

 Checklist & Reminders

 Labor

- Carefully review the Labor Jurisdictions to determine your labor requirements.
- Refer to the ordering site under Display Labor for straight time and overtime hours.

 Show Forms & Labels

- Complete Outbound Shipping paperwork using our supplied forms, and Expo Event Services will prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement (MHA) and labels in advance.
- Ensure your carrier is provided with your company name and booth number when arranging exhibit shipping at the close of the show.

 During Show Reminders

On-Site Information - Please plan to arrive with sufficient time to complete your booth setup. - Exhibitors supervising Expo Event Services labor must pick up and release their crew at the Labor Desk.

 Move-In/Move-Out Bulletin

Should the event venue or the event move in / move out schedule change, Expo Event Services reserves the right to adjust pricing according to any cost increases associated with the respecetive change. 

Exhibitors must wait until 4:30pm to begin packing up or dismantling any portion of their display. Move-Out ends at 9:30 pm

Expo Event Services will begin to return empty containers at 4:30pm, on Thursday October 29th, 2026, this process will take approximately 4 hours.  Keep this in mind when scheduling labor and freight pickup. All carriers must check in for pickup no later than 8:00pm, on Thursday October, 29th, 2026.
